A little rain and a lot of love. Trent and Laura exchanged vows under a grey sky surrounded by their family and friends. It was a wonderful day and Kiana Lodge was the perfect backdrop for this PNW wedding.
2017 YEAR IN REVIEW
As many of us do, every January I sit down and reflect on what has transpired over the past 12 months. This last year was full of personal highs, lows, travel, lots of growth, and many sweet memories. While I was looking back at my professional year, I was reminded how lucky I am to be pursuing my passion of photography. My job allows me to witness some of the most tender moments with brides, grooms, and families. I am able to watch the first dance, laugh (and sometimes cry) during the toasts, and experience the magic and love on such a special day. I loved shooting more backyard weddings this year and working with brides and grooms who trusted my vision and were willing to brave the weather (sometimes a downpour). A special thanks to all my wonderful clients for making my job so inspiring! I am excited at what 2018 already has on the books. Cheers to another wonderful year!
